to strengthen the protection of financiers and purchases of
aircraft and aircraft components.
The register includes:
• Australian Civil Registered Aircraft
• Recreational Aircraft (RA-Aus)
• International Registered Aircraft Operating within
Australia
• Gliders
• Balloons
Within the aviation industry, most large capital
equipment purchases can be financed. This equipment can be
identified by a unique serial number; therefore the following
components are included within the register:
•
Engines
• Propellers
• Avionics
• Aircraft kits
